Using your thumb or the tips of your point and middle fingers start massaging the area of your inner eyebrows. Continue atboth sides of the bridge of your nose, and finish one inch below the center of your eyes.

Locate the area where your neck connects to the head and use three fingertips to apply pressure. Keep the constant pressure for 2-3 minutes.

  • This form of headache is most often triggered by poor body posture and/or neck problems.
